Make it six blowout wins for the Red Cloud Warriors this season. They breezed by Giltner on the road to the tune of 50-23 on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but Red Cloud sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Red Cloud can attribute much of their success to Adelynn Minnick, who scored 19 points. Logan Brown was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Despite the loss, Giltner still got an impressive performance from Tracy Wiles, who scored five points along with eight rebounds.
Red Cloud has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a massive bump to their 11-7 record this season. As for Giltner, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Kenesaw the next time they take the court. Giltner will host Kenesaw at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Red Cloud will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
