The Mason Bulldogs put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their undefeated season alive. They breezed by Fenton on the road to the tune of 49-20. The result was nothing new for Mason, who have now won seven matches by 23 points or more so far this season.
Despite the loss, Fenton still got an impressive performance from Kristian Kilpatrick, who picked up 202 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Kilpatrick's longest reception was for an incredible 80 yards. Another player making a difference was Noah Dotson, who threw for 210 yards and two touchdowns on only 19 passes.
Mason's win was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 9-0. As for Fenton, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-3.
Mason will take on Linden at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Linden is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak. As for Fenton, they will head out on the road to face off against DeWitt at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. DeWitt has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 272 points over their last six games.
