McCallum's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-10. As for Crockett, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 13-9.
McCallum and Bridge City will round out the year against one another at at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Crockett, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Richards School for Young Women Leaders at 12:30 p.m. on December 31st.
