Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Gateway). They took down the Fort Myers Green Wave 81-63 on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

It was another big night for EJ Monteagudo, who posted 30 points. Andrew Leopold was another key player, putting up 16 points.

Gateway's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.3 points per game. As for Fort Myers, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.
