Seek Came Up Big in Ludlowe's 30-14 Defeat
Cooper Seek continued his hot streak on Saturday by dropping his 13th-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least eight total tackles. He picked up a sack, made 13 total tackles (2.0 for loss), and defended a pass in addition to snagging an interception.
Ludlowe moved to 3-1 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak. Seek and Ludlowe will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Stamford at 1:00 p.m. on October 19th.

Laracca Made His Presence Known in Mcmahon's 48-0 Victory
Lorenzo Laracca was a major factor in McMahon's win over Bridgeport Central on Saturday. Laracca did his part (and then some), throwing for 160 yards and four touchdowns on only nine passes for the 'W'.
The victory got McMahon back to even at 2-2. Laracca and McMahon will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Trumbull at 7:00 p.m. on October 18th.

Big Game from Smith As New Canaan Won 30-14
Michael Smith was a major factor in New Canaan's win over Ludlowe on Saturday. Smith turned in nothing short of a gem, making 13 total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defending three passes in addition to snagging an interception.
Ludlowe's probably not too fond of Smith given he always seems to get the better of them. Smith made nine total tackles the last time he and the Falcons duked it out back in September of 2023.
