Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lincoln Charter). Everything went their way against the Langtree Charter Academy Lions on Tuesday as they made off with a 20-5 win. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Lincoln Charter's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Langtree Charter Academy, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Looking ahead, Lincoln Charter will square off against Maiden at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Langtree Charter Academy, they are taking a road trip to take on Mountain Island Charter at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Raptors have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.5 runs per game on average), something the Lions will no doubt try to take advantage of.
