The Bonita Springs Bullsharks had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They enjoyed a cozy 29-10 victory over Southwest Florida Christian. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Bonita Springs also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Bonita Springs found their leader in underclassman Kyleigh Weick, who scored 12 points.
Bonita Springs' win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Southwest Florida Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bonita Springs will challenge Barron Collier at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Southwest Florida Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Gulf Coast HEAT at 5:30 p.m. on November 28th.
