Providence Classical Christian Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ben Mattull, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 12 rebounds. Mattull has been hot recently, having posted 18 or more points the last five times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Lance Zrodlowski, who scored 15 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Eagle Ridge Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Chase WIlliams out in front who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 14 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points WIlliams has scored all season. Noah Simpson was another key contributor, scoring 19 points.
Providence Classical Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Eagle Ridge Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.
