Unfortunately for V.R. Eaton, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Penn. Penn rushed for 128 yards and four touchdowns on only nine carries the last time he and the Eagles duked it out back in October of 2023.

Brock Boyd Dazzles in Southlake Carroll Victory
Brock Boyd's big game helped extend Southlake Carroll's winning streak to seven on Thursday. V.R. Eaton had no answer to Boyd as he picked up 79 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
This year, Boyd has caught 10 touchdowns while averaging 110.4 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 59.71 receiving yards per game.
