Adding to the longest winning streak in Central Ozarks - Small this week, Reeds Spring beat Springfield Catholic 56-41. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.
The Fighting Irish made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,022 from 9,368. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 56-41 victory over Springfield Catholic last week.
Blayne Armstrong threw for 332 yards and 6 touchdowns. He went 21-29 with 1 interception.
Dalton Pomeroy was the best running back in the league this week. In 10 carries, he ran for 142 yards as Reeds Spring bested Hollister. Easton Flaugh also contributed to the rushing game with 115 yards on the ground.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, the Bluejays' Armstrong and Mattew Clancy have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-4 quarterback Armstrong has thrown for 2,051 yards this season, while Clancy has 46 catches for 760 yards. Flaugh from Brian Moler's team leads the league in rushing with 722 yards.
An important game coming up in Central Ozarks - Small this week will be when Bolivar takes on Logan-Rogersville. The Liberators are currently in second, while the Wildcats are in fifth.
