Kingsburg is a perfect 10-0 against Immanuel since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Vikings will welcome the Eagles at 6:30 p.m. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a four-game winning streak alive.
Kingsburg barely beat Reedley the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Vikings put the hurt on the Pirates with a sharp 8-2 win on Tuesday.

Alyanna 'Yaya' Gonzales spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on three hits and racked up 13 Ks. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 5.4 strikeouts per game.
At the plate, Averie Croissant was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March. Ava Irigoyen was another key player, going 2-for-5 with two runs and one double.
Kingsburg hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Reedley struck out 13 times.
Immanuel came out on top against Exeter on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive eight-run third inning. The Eagles were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Monarchs. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won eight contests by ten runs or more so far this season.
Immanuel also let their pitcher toss all six innings played and she was also dialed-in: Amanda Herrera gave up a run (which was unearned) on four hits and racked up 14 Ks. Herrera has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up a single earned run in three consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Ellyann Thomas and Abigail Thomas did most of the damage at the plate: Ellyann went 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI, while Abigail went 2-for-3 with three RBI. Another player making a difference was Natalia Delgadillo, who went 2-for-5 with two runs and one RBI.
Immanuel's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-5-2. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.7 runs over those games. As for Kingsburg, the victory got them back to even at 11-11.
Kingsburg took their win against Immanuel in their previous meeting back in April by a conclusive 12-2 score. Will the Vikings repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
