The Millburn Millers waltzed into their matchup Tuesday with two straight wins but they left with three. They walked away with a 62-51 win over Montclair. This was payback for Millburn, who suffered a 49-47 loss the last time these two teams met.
Among those leading the charge was Noah Ravitz, who scored 24 points along with six rebounds. The match was his third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Zach Benmorits, who scored ten points along with five rebounds.
Millburn's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Montclair, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-1.
Millburn won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Newark Collegiate Academy at 7:00 p.m. on December 20th. Montclair will be home for the holidays to greet Verona at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
