Don Bosco had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 46-34 victory over Janesville.
Don Bosco took a little while to warm up, but they followed up a slow first quarter with 14 points in the second. Janesville matched them to leave it all tied up at 14-14. The offense put that tie to bed by coming up with 32 points in the second half to win the game. The win bumped Don Bosco's record up to 4-0. The defeat dropped Janesville's record to 2-3.
Next week Don Bosco take on Tripoli at 7:00 PM. Tripoli will need to watch out since Don Bosco have now posted big point totals in their last four contests. Janesville will be staying on the road, facing off against Rockford. With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the victory.
