It was a good run, but the East St. Louis Flyers unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. East St. Louis will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Edwardsville at 7:30 p.m. One thing working in Edwardsville's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six contests. Chicago Mt. Carmel won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Pekin on December 29th. Pekin will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Illinois Rankings (they are ranked 155th, while Chicago Mt. Carmel is ranked 14th).
