Quincy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They came out on top against Los Molinos by a score of 69-61. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, South Fork's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 60-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of Fortuna. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for South Fork in their matchups with Fortuna: they've now lost nine in a row.
Quincy's victory bumped their record up to 4-9. As for South Fork, their loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 9-3.
