Quaboag Regional had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They were able to grind out a solid victory over Palmer on Friday, winning 13-0. Palmer can consider this payback for the 0-6 defeat they dealt Quaboag Regional the last time the teams encountered one another. This was the first game for both teams, giving Quaboag Regional a 1-0 record and starting Palmer off at 0-1.
Next week Quaboag Regional take on Narragansett Regional at 7:00 PM. As for Palmer, they will face off against McCann Tech.
