Ruberg Posts Huge Game in 42-28 Victory
Starting off the list is La Quinta's James Madden Ruberg, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Ruberg rushed for 276 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.5 yards per carry. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.

His longest rush was for an impressive 55 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Williams must have La Quinta's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. When Williams last faced the Blackhawks back in October of 2023, he rushed for 116 yards and three touchdowns.

Jackson Bishop Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Thursday, Palm Desert got the W thanks in part to Jackson Bishop playing the best football he has all season.
