After five games on the road, Furr is heading back home. They will be home for the holidays to greet the Worthing Colts at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Furr comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 21 points in their last six games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
On Tuesday, Furr had to suffer through a rough 61-12 loss at the hands of Washington. Furr has not had much luck with Washington recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for Worthing, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 46-31 loss to Wheatley on Friday.
Furr's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Worthing, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8-1.
Furr was taken down by Worthing 69-25 in their previous matchup back in January. Can Furr avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
