Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Putnam City North). They blew past the Capitol Hill Redwolves 89-36 on Tuesday. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 52nd, while the Redwolves are ranked 337th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Gabe Wilson had a dynamite game for Putnam City North, going 10 for 18 on his way to 23 points and six steals. Keaton Murry was another key player, going 5 of 8 on his way to 13 points and seven steals.

Putnam City North smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 20 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in five consecutive matches.

Putnam City North's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-2.
