The Hamilton Aggies entered their tilt with the Russellville Golden Tigers with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Hamilton managed a 51-47 win over Russellville on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Hamilton also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
It was another big night for Aubrey Sorrells, who dropped a double-double on 28 points and ten rebounds. She has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last 12 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Jordan Parker, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds.
Hamilton has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. As for Russellville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-11.
Hamilton will be playing at home against Curry at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Curry is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak. As for Russellville, they will head out on the road to face off against Lawrence County at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Lawrence County focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Tuesday.
