Windham RVT's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lorenzo Tarascio, who scored 24 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Desmen Gaston, who scored 15 points along with seven assists and six steals.
Norwich RVT's loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-1. That rough patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.9 points per game. As for Windham RVT, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
