The King Cove T-Jacks and Rookies will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against the Sand Point Eagles/Lady Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on February 9th.
Last Wednesday, King Cove had to suffer through a rough 57-22 loss at the hands of the Rams. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points King Cove has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Sand Point entered their tilt with the Archangels with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. Sand Point walked away with a 34-23 win over the Archangels on Wednesday.
King Cove's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Sand Point, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-1.
King Cove ended up a good deal behind the Eagles/Lady Eagles in their previous meeting back in January, losing 45-31. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Sand Point's Arianna Wilson, who scored 32 points.
