The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as Plattsmouth just coasted through the last quarter.
Plattsmouth got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Ethan Walker out in front who rushed for 69 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 34 receiving yards. Dominic Vercillino was in the mix too, providing Plattsmouth with two touchdowns.
Plattsmouth's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB seven times. Leading the way was Liam LaSure and his two sacks.
Meanwhile, you're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Skutt Catholic on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew Ralston out of the water with a 55-0 final score. The win was nothing new for Skutt Catholic as they're now sitting on six straight.
Among those leading the charge was Anthony Heithoff, who rushed for 84 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries.
