London had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victors by a 15-1 margin over the West Oso Bears on Thursday. Considering the Pirates have won 16 matches by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

London has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-7 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.1 runs on average over those games. As for West Oso, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-11.
