The Anderson Christian Lions lost against the Temple Christian Academy Warriors back in November of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Anderson Christian ended up on the wrong side of a tough 74-54 walloping at the hands of the Warriors. While losing is never fun, Anderson Christian can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 315th, while the Warriors are ranked 100th).
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Temple Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jeramy Trangmar, who scored 26 points along with seven rebounds and seven steals. Trangmar hasn't dropped below 16 points for 16 straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Moses, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 11 rebounds.
Anderson Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Temple Christian Academy, the win (which was their 17th in a row) raised their record to 22-3.
Anderson Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Temple Christian Academy will head out on the road to take on the Guardians at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
