The Paradise Panthers and the Brock Eagles squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but sadly the Paradise Panthers had to settle for second. They took a hard 21-7 fall against the Eagles. Paradise's defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.
Brody Woods continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Brock, rushing for 73 yards and two touchdowns. Woods is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played.
Paradise's defeat dropped their record down to 12-2. As for Brock, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-3.
Paradise does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Brock will be playing at home against Malakoff at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Malakoff's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the field this season.
