On Wednesday, Parkview was able to grind out a solid win over Durand, taking the game 35-25.
Parkview's victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-7. As for Durand, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Parkview and Johnson Creek will dust off their jerseys to square off against one another at 7:15 p.m. on January 4, 2024. Durand and Orangeville will face off at 7:00 p.m. on January 4, 2024 without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
