The Madison Park Academy Trojan-Warriors and the Golden Sierra Grizzlies will face off at 4:30 p.m. on December 29th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Both teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Madison Park Academy and six for Golden Sierra.
On Thursday, Madison Park Academy had to suffer through a rough 71-36 loss at the hands of Valley Christian.
Meanwhile, Golden Sierra was the victim of a tough 72-52 defeat at the hands of Bear River on Thursday.
Golden Sierra's defeat came about despite a quality game from Patrick Bingham, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 18 rebounds. The contest was Bingham's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryder Spies, who scored 14 points.
Madison Park Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Golden Sierra, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 2-11.
