Kapaun Mt. Carmel extended their winning streak to 12 games thanks to a huge performance from Corbin Johnson. The Kapaun Mt. Carmel Crusaders breezed past the North RedHawks to the tune of 82-24 on Thursday which was due in part to Johnson, who shot 80% from the field to rack up 21 points and four steals. The game was his fourth in a row with at least 17 points.
The team also got some help courtesy of Blaise Dalian, who went 7-for-9 on his way to 11 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 42.1% three-point shooting accuracy.
Kapaun Mt. Carmel pushed their record up to 17-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.7 points over those games. As for North, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-19.
