St. John-Vianney fell to Red Bank Catholic 45-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Manasquan made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 2,930 from 3,628. The improvement was the result of a 42-3 victory over Raritan last week.
The Caseys' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Eddie Hahn threw for 32 yards and Mike Cordova had 70 yards receiving. On the ground Larry Redaelli contributed 168 yards.
Red Bank Catholic's dynamic duo of Hahn and Cordova proved tough for the Lancers to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
Redaelli provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Jim Portela's team bested St. John-Vianney. Redaelli's key target this week was Cordova, who caught 2 passes for 70 yards.
Monmouth Regional's 6-foot-1 quarterback James Green is the league leader in passing yards this season with 230. The leading receiver in the league this season is James Wines. The Raritan star has 13 catches for 148 yards.
Fans will be thrilled by an exciting game in the secondary when the Rockets' Wines goes up against the Caseys' Mike Demonte.
The Falcons are currently in fourth, while Holmdel is in fifth.
