Volleyball Recap: Stansbury Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Stansbury, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Hillcrest Huskies with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

Stansbury walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-13, 25-23.

The win got Stansbury back to even at 6-6. As for Hillcrest, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.

Stansbury wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Murray on the 22nd. As for Hillcrest, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Cottonwood on the 18th.
