Walker was led to victory by Noah Pederson and Moustapha Diop. Pederson scored 19 points along with seven rebounds, while Diop dropped a double-double on 23 points and 12 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Diop has scored at least a third of Walker's points. Anderson Carey was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Despite the loss, North Cobb Christian had strong showings from Gabe Bolden, who scored 15 points along with six rebounds and two steals, and Xavier Butler, who scored nine points along with three blocks. Bolden is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last three games he's played.
Walker's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-7. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.3 points per game. As for North Cobb Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 13-5.
