El Rancho's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Justin Perez, who scored 8 points along with 5 rebounds. Adam Rivas was another key contributor, scoring 4 points along with 11 rebounds.
El Rancho's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Salesian, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.
El Rancho's road trip will continue as they head out to face Environmental Charter at 3:00 p.m. on December 7th. Hopefully Environmental Charter focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 24 on Tuesday. As for Salesian, they will take on South at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. South presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Salesian in California (South is ranked 175th, while Salesian is ranked 829th).
