The Suffolk Christian Academy Knights scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They breezed by Calvary Baptist Church at home to the tune of 80-34. Perhaps unsurprisinly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.
Suffolk Christian Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was De'Sean Stevenson out in front who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 14 assists. Stevenson hasn't dropped below 19 points for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Jason Hernandez, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 17 rebounds.
The victory was the third in a row for Suffolk Christian Academy, bringing their record for this year to 8-17. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.7 points per game. As for Calvary Baptist Church, they have not been sharp recently as the team has lost nine of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-12 record this season.
Suffolk Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Calvary Baptist Church also has no future games currently scheduled.
