Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Milpitas walked away with it. They walked away with a 55-44 victory over the Bellarmine College Prep Bells on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Trojans as they're now sitting on nine straight.

Milpitas pushed their record up to 22-3 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.0 points over those games. As for Bellarmine College Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-8.

Coincidentally, Milpitas and Bellarmine College Prep will both be playing Junipero Serra the next time they take the court. Bellarmine College Prep will host Junipero Serra at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, while Milpitas will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
