After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Carrollton, Auburn was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Tri-City Tornadoes with a sharp 10-1 victory. Considering the Trojans have won 12 matches by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
Meena Taylor spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on one hit and racked up 11 Ks.
