Brock proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a set and slipped past the Glen Rose Tigers 3-2. The win was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on five straight.
It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Brock got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-16, 22-25, 25-20, 22-25, 15-11.
Tynleigh Donaldson paced Brock's offense, picking up 17 kills. Donaldson got some help from Macey Brim and her 25 assists. Harper Davis controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Brock's record is now 26-8. As for Glen Rose, their loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 23-14.
