When it comes to explaining why Bella Vista lost, one person who can't be blamed is Damian Rickett. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 24 points and 13 rebounds. Rickett hasn't dropped below ten rebounds for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Mikey Simonyan, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds.
Clark Nielsen was a one-man wrecking crew for Roseville as he dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Tyler Ritter, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Bella Vista has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-14 record this season. As for Roseville, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season.
