Meanwhile, South Miami might have drawn first blood against Mater Academy Charter, but it was Mater Academy Charter who got the last laugh. South Miami fell just short of Mater Academy Charter by a score of 14-16. This makes it the second loss in a row for South Miami.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
