Avon's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Maggie Vanderbilt, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Maria Geary, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds and five steals.
Avon's win bumped their record up to 5-13. As for Warsaw, their loss was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-15.
