There's no place like home for Dunlap, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They put the hurt on the Canton Little Giants with a sharp 54-32 win on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Eagles have posted since November 30, 2024.

Several Little Giants players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ava Gaines, who posted 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Allison Wheeler, who earned nine points and five rebounds.

Dunlap has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. As for Canton, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-9.

Dunlap didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 57-52 defeat against Washington on the 7th. Canton has also already played their next match, a 40-38 loss against Pekin on the 7th.
