South Whidbey has gone a perfect 10-0 against Granite Falls recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Falcons will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tigers at 4:00 p.m. South Whidbey is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Granite Falls hadn't done well against Sultan recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Tigers blew past the Turks 16-8. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by eight runs or more this season.
Drake Smith and Dwayne Pocknett Jr. did most of the damage at the plate: Smith went a perfect 4-for-4 with five RBI, one triple, and one stolen base, while Pocknett Jr. got on base in five of his six plate appearances with three stolen bases, four runs, and one RBI. That triple was Smith's first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Morrison, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
