Excel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 44-11 loss at the hands of the Leroy Bears. On the bright side, the 11- point performance marked the Panthers' highest-scoring matchup to date.

Excel's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

While they had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
