Central Prairie recap Oct. 9, 2012
LaCrosse extended the longest winning streak in Central Prairie this week by beating Inman, 56-13. The win marks sixth in a row for the the Leopards.
LaCrosse took down the Inman Teutons 56-13 last week, the largest margin of any game. Levi Morss ran for 194 yards and caught one passes for 20 yards in the win.
Jon Webster's team's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. William Storie helped LaCrosse's passing attack out by catching one ball for 17 yards.
Jack Garcia put up the best numbers through the air as the Leopards bested Inman. He finished with a total of six completions for 63 yards and one touchdown.
LaCrosse's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Leopards feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Garcia has thrown for 550 yards and seven touchdowns this season, while Kip Keeley has 11 catches for 214 yards. Morss leads the league in rushing with 1081 yards.
LaCrosse led the league in scoring this week after putting up 56 points on Mike Vernon's team. Morss in the win.
