Evangel Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Peyton Fulghum led the charge by throwing for 224 yards and three touchdowns while completing 85.7% of his passes. Tyreek Robinson was another key contributor, gaining 163 total yards and two touchdowns.
Huntington's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Evangel Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.
