The Daniel Lions can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent contest on Friday. They blew past Pendleton 78-39 at home. The victory was familiar territory for Daniel who now have seven in a row.
Colleen DiMaio was a one-man wrecking crew for Daniel as she scored 16 points along with six rebounds and two steals. It was the first time this season that DiMaio scored 15 or more points. Lila Mann was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Daniel is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record this season. As for Pendleton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-20 record this season.
Daniel will head out on the road to face off against Crescent at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Daniel is facing Crescent at the right time seeing as Crescent is stuck on a nine-game losing streak. As for Pendleton, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Walhalla at 6:00 p.m. One thing working in Walhalla's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three matchups.
