The Port Jervis Raiders scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 70-42 win over Liberty on the road. The result was nothing new for Port Jervis, who have now won three contests by 22 points or more so far this season.
Isaiah Boucher continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 10 for 12 from beyond the arc en route to 50 points and 2 assists. The game was his seventh in a row with at least ten points. Carroll Dolshun was another key contributor, scoring four points along with 13 rebounds.
The win (which was Port Jervis' fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.8 points per game. As for Liberty, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Port Jervis will face off against Pine Bush at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Liberty will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against Cornwall Central at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
