Louise's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Ganado Indians. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Hornets as it put an end to their five-match losing streak.

Louise had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-8, 25-12, 25-12.

Louise's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 17-15. As for Ganado, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-22.
