The Houston County Fighting Irish were the clear victor by  a  61-41 margin over the Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central Tigers. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 69.5 points over those games. As for Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central, they dropped their record down to 5-16 with the  defeat, which was their third straight  at home.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Houston County will challenge Camden Central at 7:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
