Even though the Eastlake Titans scored an imposing 62 points on Friday, the Victory Christian Academy Knights still came out on top. Victory Christian Academy managed a 66-62 victory over Eastlake. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Victory Christian Academy.
Victory Christian Academy found their leader in underclassman Jayden Gray, who scored 20 points along with two steals. Gray hasn't dropped below 18 points for four straight games. Derek Edmond was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with three steals and two blocks.
Victory Christian Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a massive bump to their 18-9 record this season. As for Eastlake, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-12.
Victory Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Eastlake also has no future games currently scheduled.
